Our delightful Provence Rosé was sourced from a sustainble winery in Coteaux d'Aix en Provence. This delectable blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, and 20% Syrah is the answer to your "Rosé all day" fantasies. Cheers to looking at the world through glasses of Rosé.
After completing his training in France at BTA Oenology Agricultural School Macon-Davaille, Benjamin worked as the Technician at Domaine Preignes Le Vieux and Chateau Lassegue. He then spent the next 15 years working internationally, assuming the role of Head Winemaker at Vina Apaltagua.
However, his heart always lay in Provence. This is why he returned and launched his own label "Rosé Infinie". He lends his expertise and exquisite style to Archer Roose's Rosé.
On the Mediterranean coast of France is the town of Coteaux D'Aix en Provence, which has been producing wine since the ancient Greeks. While the region produces complex reds and whites, its celebrated for its exquisite rosés; which evoke lavender fields and lazy, hazy summer days.
Our Rosé is a classic example of the wine from this region. Enjoy it with breakfast, lunch or dinner (we don't judge) or "a la piscine" - with an ice cube by the pool.
Did you know.... Rosé is actually made from red grapes, not a blend of white and red! It's unique color comes from an age old method called skin contact, which discards the skin of the grapes after 1-3 days. Red wines are kept with the skin intact in order to give the wine it's darker color.
